missionCONTROL is an internal IT governance and operations platform designed to give leaders and operators a coherent view of technology work and assets.

It centralizes projects, vendors, software, documentation, reports, provisioning activities, and broader technology visibility.

Trigger

IT work and asset context was spread across email, shared drives, tickets, and tribal knowledge, which made governance and status harder to maintain.

Problem

When critical operational context is fragmented, leaders lose reliable visibility into project status, vendor relationships, software inventory, and provisioning.

Teams pay a recurring cognitive tax reconciling inconsistent sources instead of acting on a trusted system of record.

Why the previous process failed

Problem framing, requirements definition, product architecture, and delivery direction for an operations platform aligned to real IT workflows.
