Focus areas
  • Commercial visibility
  • Data preparation
  • Stakeholder coordination

At a glance

Designed SQL preparation and scheduled jobs supporting the ERP-to-Dynamics 365 data pipeline; coordinated requirements and stakeholder review.

The challenge

Commercial staff lacked a dedicated CRM and relied on fragmented ERP views and multiple screens to understand customers and sales activity.

My role & decisions

Corporate headquarters selected Microsoft Dynamics 365. I gathered requirements, coordinated with commercial stakeholders, executives, and technical contributors, shaped dashboard and information presentation, and personally built SQL queries and scheduled jobs to collate, prepare, and validate ERP data.

The solution

The work brings together customer profiles, opportunity-oriented views, and commercial information in Dynamics 365. Data readiness and scheduled jobs were reviewed, with refinements requested to metrics, labels, fields, and views. The underlying synchronization mechanism was designed by other contributors.

Verified progress & results

Stakeholder reviews and data preparation have progressed, but a production launch and measured adoption outcomes have not been established.

What's next

Complete refinements, final validation, deployment, and post-launch measurement.

What this work demonstrates

This project illustrates my approach to identifying operational needs, making pragmatic architectural and delivery decisions, and connecting software capabilities to business workflows.
